Stop the appliance and then pull back the air filters.
Use a vaccum cleaner, water or a soft dry cloth to clean the filters, and then reinstall it.

It is necessary to clean the air filters after using it for about 100 hours.
After following the instructions in the user manual for starting the appliance, make sure that your electrical socket is working by plugging another appliance. If it still does not work, do not try to dismantle or repair the appliance yourself, instead, take it to an approved repair centre
Do not use your appliance. To avoid any danger, have it replaced by an approved repair centre.
• The power cord is not properly plugged in.
• Check the power supply by plugging the device into another outlet.
• The batteries in the remote control may be empty.
• The thermostat temperature setting is too high, lower the set temperature. The working temperature is between 16 °C and 35 °C and the setting temperature is between 16 °C and 32 °C.
• Make sure the louver is properly opened.
• Check the air exhaust hose has no tight bends.
• Make sure there is no window or door opened.
• If the air filter is dirty, clean it.
• Check the exhaust hose is properly connected.
• The temperature setting is too high, lower the setting on control panel.
• Make sure air outlet or intake is not obstructed.
• The room exceeds recommended size, move the device to smaller room (max 65 m3).
• Large size or number of windows are decreasing cooling effectiveness, cover windows with curtains or blinds.
Please take the device to an Approved Service Centre.
There is excess water condensation inside the tank, it needs to be drained.
Pull out the rubber plug of the drain port underside, and allow the water to drain out in a basin.
Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be recovered or recycled. Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.
