No. You must not put anything in the water as this could prevent some of the functions from working.
As a matter of safety we advise that you unplug the appliance whilst you fill it with water, empty it, clean it or if you intend to move it during usage. Never plug/unplug the appliance if your feet are still in the foot spa or you have wet feet.
We suggest somewhere between 15-20 minutes. However it is strongly advised that you do not use the appliance and especially the reflexology massager for more than 30 minutes at a time.
You should fill the foot spa until the water reaches the limit illustrated along the edge of the appliance, this is approximately 2 litres.
It is advised to use the exfoliation function on the heel and on the front part of your sole (that is where the skin is hard). Do not however use the function for more than a couple of minutes at any one time.
The maximum water level is indicated on the appliance in order to prevent it from overflowing.
After each use it is recommended that you rinse the appliance with water or even a gentle detergent. (First make sure the appliance is unplugged). You may also use a couple drops of disinfectant if you would like to.
This is normal; they are not motorised and they only move in response to foot movement.
You must have used an additive that has blocked the holes.
After following the instructions in the user manual for starting the appliance, make sure that your electrical socket is working by plugging another appliance. If it still does not work, do not try to dismantle or repair the appliance yourself, instead, take it to an approved repair centre
Do not use your appliance. To avoid any danger, have it replaced by an approved repair centre.
A Class I appliance must be earthed (and has only one insulation layer). A Class II appliance does not necessarily have to be earthed because it has two distinct and independent insulation layers.
Foot massage is good for the circulatory system in general. This deep massage relieves tension, restores the circulatory system and increases vitality. However, if you have any medical problems with your feet or legs, consult your doctor before using the product.
If you are pregnant, epileptic or have general problems with your feet or legs or general health problems make sure you consult your doctor for his/her advice before using the foot spa.
Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be recovered or recycled. Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.
